Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using Intelliface, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the platform.
- We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
Use Licence
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Intelliface for personal or internal business purposes.
- You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from Intelliface without express written permission.
- Pro content is licenced to individual subscribers and may not be shared with others.
- You may not use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Subscriptions and Payments
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.
- Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
- The content on Intelliface is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
- We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content.
- AI design patterns and principles represent guidance, not guarantees of outcome.
Limitations
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelliface shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
